Step-by-Step Setup – Smart STB App
1. Install Smart STB App
• On your Smart TV, go to the app store (LG Content Store, Samsung App Store, etc.)
• Search for and install “Smart STB”
If it’s not available in your TV’s store, you can install it on supported Android-based Smart TVs via APK or use a Firestick.

2. Open Smart STB and Get Your Virtual MAC
• Launch the Smart STB app
• It will display a Virtual MAC address (write this down, it will be used to activate the app and register the portal)

3. Activate the App
• Go to the Smart STB website:

• Register an account and log in
• Under “My Licenses”, select Activate Trial or purchase a license
• Enter your Virtual MAC address under My Services on our website to activate the app

4. Set Up the Portal
• Once activated, go to My Portals on the Smart STB website
• Set the Portal URL to: Provided by email and available in your account under "My Services"
• Save changes

5. Restart Smart STB on Your TV
• Return to your TV and restart the Smart STB app
• Your IPTV service should now load and display the channel list
